Turn one sermon into a week of ministry

Preach once. Reach beyond Sunday.

Every day, people are shaped by what they watch, read and share. Churchly Sermon Studio turns one sermon into a week of faithful digital content — clips, study resources, daily encouragement, email and full-sermon media — ready for your church to approve and share.

No card required. Your first sermon is free, and everything it produces stays available for 14 days while you choose a plan. Built for churches with or without a media team.

The message is not the problem

Your church is not short of something to say. It is short of time.

A sermon may take days of prayer, study and preparation. Turning it into clips, written teaching, graphics, email, subtitles and scheduled posts can take another entire week. Most churches cannot sustain both.

The sermon

Prayer, study, preparation and preaching already ask a great deal of a pastor's week.

The digital workload

Editing, captioning, writing, designing and publishing ask for a completely different set of skills.

The weekly reality

Volunteers are busy, media teams are small — and by the time content is ready, the week has moved on.

Sermon Studio turns that second workload into one guided, approval-first workflow.

What one sermon becomes

Different people need the message in different ways.

Sermon Studio doesn't simply produce more content. It helps one message meet people in the form they're most likely to receive — and every piece begins with your sermon's own transcript, approved by your church before it's shared.

Churchly does not preach for your church.
It helps your church carry what was preached.

From the pulpit to the places people already are

The message can meet people throughout the week.

Sermon Studio does not replace preaching — it extends its reach. It does not replace the Church — it helps the Church remain present through the week, for people like these:

  • A member who missed the service
  • A young person scrolling late at night
  • A small group preparing to meet
  • A first-time visitor not yet ready to walk into a church
  • A member sharing encouragement with a friend
  • Someone searching online for hope in a difficult moment

Sermon Studio plans

Priced for church budgets, not ad budgets.

Sermon Studio is built for churches doing meaningful ministry with limited time and limited hands — not only organisations with dedicated editors, designers and social-media teams. The ability to communicate faithfully through the week shouldn't belong only to churches with large media budgets. Every plan includes the full workflow.

Questions

What pastors ask us first

Will the content actually sound like our preacher?

Yes — everything is built from your sermon's own transcript. Clips are your preacher's actual words on video; guides and devotionals stay grounded in what was preached, not generic inspiration. And you review everything before it goes anywhere.

What happens if Churchly gets a word or Scripture reference wrong?

Churchly checks drafts against the transcript and flags anything it isn't confident about. You can fix any word in the editor — captions included — and nothing is published until your church approves it.

How do I get my sermon in?

Upload the recording, pick it from Google Drive or Dropbox, or connect your livestream once so every Sunday flows in automatically. One upload starts the week.

Can anything post without us seeing it?

No. Every piece waits in your approval queue until someone on your team says yes. You can edit, restyle or send anything back before it ever leaves the building.

How long does one sermon take?

Most standard sermons are typically ready for review within the hour — our pilot's 80-minute service came back in about 35 minutes. Very long services, very large files or rough source audio can take longer.

What's a Churchly Credit?

Credits cover optional AI regenerations — asking Churchly to produce a fresh set of clip suggestions or rewrite a draft from scratch. Ordinary editing, re-rendering and downloading never use credits, and every plan includes a monthly allowance.

Do you need our social media passwords?

Never. Channels connect through each platform's official secure sign-in, and you can disconnect at any time.

Is the background music licensed?

Yes. When you add background music to a clip, it comes from licensed tracks and is mixed under the voice — the message always stays on top.

Is our sermon used to train AI models?

No. Your content is used to serve your church — it is not used to train third-party AI models, and your personal information is never sold. See our Security page and Privacy Policy.

Who owns the content?

Your church does. Everything Churchly builds comes from your sermon, carries your church's name, and can be downloaded by your team at any time.

Can we cancel any time?

Yes. Plans are month-to-month — cancel whenever you need to, and your content remains downloadable.

We're a small church with no media team. Is this for us?

Especially for you. Sermon Studio does the work of a media team — one person reviewing and approving is all it takes to serve your people all week.
