Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Churchly.tech ("Churchly"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use Churchly on behalf of a church or organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.

1. The service

Churchly turns sermon recordings into shareable content (clips, reflections, study guides and more) and, where you connect your accounts, helps publish the content you approve to your own channels.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account, your team members' access and keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the sermons you upload and the content Churchly generates for you. You grant Churchly a limited licence to process, store and transform your content solely to provide the service (including through our AI and hosting providers). You represent that you have the rights to the content you upload and publish, including any music, images or third-party material in it.

4. Review & publishing

Churchly produces drafts using automated and AI tools. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published or downloaded. When you connect a third-party platform (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and instruct Churchly to publish, you authorise us to post the content you approve to that account. You remain responsible for complying with each platform's own terms and policies, and Churchly is not responsible for platform availability, changes or decisions.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Churchly to create or publish unlawful, infringing, hateful or deceptive content, to violate others' rights, or to misuse the platforms you connect. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

6. AI-generated content

Generated content may contain inaccuracies. Churchly provides it "as is" for your review; you are responsible for verifying scripture references, facts and suitability before use.

7. Fees

Paid plans are billed as described at sign-up. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice.

8. Disclaimers & liability

Churchly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Churchly is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using Churchly and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. On termination your right to use the service ends; deletion of your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
